Welcome to PANTHERCHIC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and to all purchases made through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT PANTHERCHIC

PANTHERCHIC is an accessories brand offering handmade and carefully crafted jewelry and accessories. Many of our pieces are created by hand using materials such as polymer clay and stainless-steel components.

2. PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products, colors, dimensions and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and photography.

As many PANTHERCHIC pieces are handmade, slight variations in shape, color, texture, size or finish may occur. These variations are part of the individual character of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Product availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities without prior notice.

3. ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that:

the information you provide is accurate and complete;
you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement;
you agree to pay the total price displayed at checkout, including applicable delivery charges.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues, product unavailability or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

The final price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary depending on your country or payment provider.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the destinations available during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.

PANTHERCHIC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Returned products must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized items.

For hygiene reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may lose their withdrawal right after the seal has been removed, where the applicable legal requirements for that exception are met.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by this section.

7. REFUNDS

Once an eligible returned product has been received and assessed, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, eligible payments will generally be refunded using the original payment method, subject to the rules and deadlines required by applicable law.

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option may not be refundable where permitted by law.

8. HANDMADE PRODUCTS

PANTHERCHIC accessories may be individually handmade. Small differences between pieces are therefore natural.

Minor variations in:

shape;
texture;
placement of details;
color;
dimensions;

may occur and do not automatically indicate that the product is defective.

Each handmade piece should be treated as unique.

9. PRODUCT CARE

To preserve the appearance and quality of your PANTHERCHIC accessories, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals and excessive heat unless the specific product description states otherwise.

Store accessories carefully in a dry place when not in use.

Damage caused by improper use, accidental damage or failure to follow reasonable care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect, without limiting any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through PANTHERCHIC, including photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, branding, text, packaging concepts and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use PANTHERCHIC content without prior written permission.

11. PROMOTIONAL CODES & OFFERS

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions, including validity dates, minimum order values or product exclusions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions where reasonably necessary, without affecting orders already validly concluded or mandatory consumer rights.

12. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PANTHERCHIC is not responsible for indirect losses or losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under Lithuanian or European Union law.

13. PRIVACY

Personal information provided through our website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase is generally the version in effect when your order is placed, subject to mandatory law.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory protections available to them under applicable law.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules.
