At PANTHERCHIC, every order is prepared and packed with care. As many of our accessories are handmade, processing and delivery times may depend on product availability.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Estimated shipping time is 2–5 business days, depending on product availability.

If the product is currently in stock, your order will be prepared and dispatched as soon as possible.

As some PANTHERCHIC pieces are handmade in limited quantities, additional preparation time may occasionally be required. If your order is expected to take longer than the standard timeframe, we will contact you.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. The cost may vary depending on your delivery destination and selected shipping method.

ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local courier services and customs procedures.

Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

PANTHERCHIC cannot guarantee carrier delivery times. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

PANTHERCHIC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.
